中文摘要	阐释沙漠化现状及沙漠化土壤有机碳特别是与粉粘土结合有机碳的变化；分析土壤有机碳损失的主要因素为风蚀、土地利用方式和气候因子；基于以上分析提出以改变管理方式为主，结合创新技术，并辅以政策导向的固碳措施；针对研究现状存在的不足，对今后的研究提出展望。
英文摘要	It was expatiated that the status of desertification and the change of SOC during this process, especially focusing on the SOC combined with silt-clay soil. The reasons of SOC loss were confirmed as wind erosion, land use and climatic variation. According to the above facts, the management conversion was proposed as the major measure, and the innovation technology should be integrated, and the policy guidance should be proposed to improve SOC sequestration as well. According to the deficiency of current situation, the corresponding prospects were put forward.
