乌伦古湖最低生态水位及生态缺水量

中文摘要确定乌伦古湖的生态保护目标是流域水资源合理、高效配置的前提和基础。针对乌伦古湖冷水系淡水鱼类的生存繁殖特征,提出了基于干旱区湖泊鱼类~盐度~水量关系的湖泊最低生态水位计算方法,并根据该方法计算得到布伦托海和吉力湖的最低生态水位分别为476.12 m和478.12 m。由水量平衡关系进一步计算了湖泊最小生态需水量和接近95%、75%、50%降水频率年和多年平均降水条件下另需补充的水量,即乌伦古湖除定量调水外的缺水量分别是6.44亿m~3、5.33亿m~3、2.20亿m~3和1.06亿m~3。实际应用和相关佐证表明,该结论可信度较高。
英文摘要Setting ecological protection goal of Ulungur Lake is the foundation of the rational and efficient allocation of water resources in this watershed.Based on the characteristics of breeding of freshwater fish in cold water,the paper puts forward a new approach suitable for the lake in arid area on how to determine the lowest ecological water level subject to the relationship among the lake salinity,fishes and water quantity.According to the new approach,the ecological water demands for reserving the lowest ecological water level in typical years are calculated.The result shows that the lowest ecological water level of Buluntuo Lake is 476.12 m,while Jili .lake is 478.12 m.Deducting the precipitation and 400 million m3 of water diverted from outside river basin,there is still a deficit with an amount of 644 million m3 ,533 million m3 220 million m3 and 106 million m3 respectively by the year with precipitation frequency of 92% ,81% ,46% and the normal.Finally,an analysis on the reliability of results is done.
