中文摘要	针对新疆沙漠戈壁盐渍土壤、酸雨及高矿化度盐碱水质对钢铁材料腐蚀性强的特点,采用热浸镀铝锰合金层工艺对Q235钢表面进行改性,在Q235钢表面获得Al-Mn合金镀层。采用扫描电镜、能谱仪及X射线衍射对镀层的组织结构、成分形貌进行了分析,并对改性层的冲蚀磨损性能进行研究,获得了镀层在不同速度下的冲蚀磨损量。结果表明:纯铝镀层表面呈枝晶状,铝锰合金镀层出现了块状的铝锰化合物相,铝锰合金镀层是由Al、FeAl_3、Fe_2Al_5和MnAl_6相组成。在不同的冲蚀速度下,铝锰合金镀层的质量损失均小于纯铝合金镀层的质量损失,因此这种热浸镀铝锰合金镀层具有优良的耐冲蚀磨损性能。
英文摘要	According to the serious corrosion of steel material under the desert,Gobi,saline soil,acid rain and high salinity water quality in Xinjiang,the Q235 steel was modified by hot-dip-aluminizing technique,and Al-Mn alloy coating was obtained on the Q235 steel surface.The surface morphology and phase component of the coating were investigated by SEM,EDS and XRD.The erosion-corrosion behavior was studied and the erosion rates at different speeds were obtained.The results show that the surface of the obtained pure aluminum coating is acicular,while blocks Al-Mn compound phase exists in Al-Mn alloy coating,and the Al-Mn alloy coating is composed of Al,FeAl_3,Fe_2Al_5 and MnAl_6 phases.The erosion mass loss of the Al-Mn alloy coating is less than that of pure aluminum layer at different erosion rates,so the hot-dipping Al-Mn alloy coating has excellent erosion-corrosion resistance.
