中文摘要	河北平原区面积7.53万km~2，占全省土地总面积的40%。平原区的水土流失不仅存在，而且在特定的条件和特定的范围内还相当严重，造成平原区土壤风蚀沙化、河岸坍塌，水质变差，吞蚀农地，增加洪涝灾害隐患等治理平原区水土流失势在必行。本文在分析河北省平原区地形地貌、气候、土壤植被等自然条件的基础上，剖析了平原区产生水土流失成因，并根据地貌类型，提出了平原区水土流失分区；根据不同分区特点，因地制宜地提出重点防治任务以及相应的防治措施，对保护平原区生态环境，促进经济可持续发展意义重大。
英文摘要	Hebei plain covers an area of 75,300 km2 ,and accounts for 40% of the provincial total land area.The plain soil erosion not only exists,but in certain condition and within a specific range,it is quite serious,resulting in wind erosion and desertification of plain soil,collapse of river banks,deterioration of water quality,lost of agricultural land,increasing of flood risk,etc.Thus it is imperative to prevent plain soil erosion.This paper analyzed the Hebei plain’s topography,climate,soil,vegetation and other natural condition,and based on the different partition characteristics and local conditions,proposed special focus on the task and the corresponding control measures,which is significant to the plain ecological environment protection and sustainable economic development.
