中文摘要	通过分析连续耕种5、10、15、20、30年农田土壤的4种酶活性及土壤理化性质, 得出结论: 随着种植年限的增加, 灌溉、耕作、施肥等人类生产活动改变了酶在各土层间的活性格局。过氧化氢酶活性和蔗糖酶活性随年限的增加总体趋势增加, 有机质和土壤水分变化类似, 一致表现出"N"形的变化趋势, 脲酶活性和磷酸酶活性呈现"M"形的相似变化趋势; 总盐含量和pH值随着种植年限的增加均呈下降趋势, 表明连续的土壤耕作、施肥等人类活动有利于降低干旱地区土地盐渍化过程。农田土壤连续耕作15年时, 原生土壤熟化, 结构发生改变, 产生了土壤酶活性及理化性质适应的转变拐点。
英文摘要	Through analyzing four kinds of soil enzyme activities and soil physicochemical properties on 5、10、 15、20、30 years continuous cropping land, coming to the conclusion that cropping, irrigation, fertilization and so on human activities changed the enzyme activity pattern with the increasing year of cultivation time.The activities of catalase and invertase, the organic matter and soil moisture were increased with the increasing of continuous cropping, showing a N-shape curve.And the activities of urease and phosphatase showing a M-shape curve. But the total salt content and the pH value decreased along with the continuous cropping.It indicated that continual soil cultivation, fertilization and so on have advantage of reducing the arid area land salinization process.Original soil curing, structure changing make the soil enzyme activities and physicochemical properties transform when continuous cropping for 15 years.
