干旱胁迫下砂生槐、锦鸡儿的生理生化特性与抗旱性

中文摘要以西藏半干旱区的两种豆科灌木为研究对象,采用盆栽控水干旱胁迫手段,比较和分析了砂生槐、矮锦鸡儿在持续水分胁迫条件下的生理响应。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间推移,土壤含水量不断下降,2种灌木体内水分饱和亏缺值均呈上升趋势,从上升速率和变化情况来看,砂生槐的叶片保水能力优于矮锦鸡儿;叶绿素a+b值和叶绿素a/b值综合比较结果表明:2种灌木都属于喜光植物,并且在缺水的环境下,均能保持对光能的稳定利用;在遭受干旱胁迫后,矮锦鸡儿体内游离脯氨酸含量增幅达57.75%,砂生槐与初期相比脯氨酸含量没有显著增加;在此过程中,2种灌木植物体内丙二醛含量均有所增加,但胁迫后期与前期相比并没出现大量积累的现象,砂生槐的丙二醛增幅小于矮锦鸡儿。胁迫各阶段矮锦鸡儿细胞膜相对透性始终处于较高水平,砂生槐除后期峰值水平较高外,其它各阶段均低于矮锦鸡儿;从干旱胁迫初期到后期,2种灌木植物体内可溶性糖含量均有所增加,但积累量和差异不大;SOD、CAT始终保持着相对稳定的活性,说明2种灌木植物具有较好的抗旱适应能力。采用模糊数学隶属函数法对2种灌木植物的抗旱性进行综合评价,结果表明:矮锦鸡儿的抗旱能力略高于砂生槐
英文摘要In this paper,two species of Legume shrubs grow in semi-arid region of Tibet were chosen to research their physiological responses to drought stress through controlling the moisture of soil in pots.Physiological and biochemical characteristics and drought resistance of two shrubs were measured in this experiment.The results showed that,as the time of drought stress prolonged,soil moisture continued to be lower and lower,plant water saturation deficit of all species continued to increase.From the water loss rate of each species and changing situation,the water-retaining capacity of Sophora moorcroftiana is better than Caragana.From comprehensive comparing of the chlorophyll a+b and chlorophyll a/b value of the two shrubs,it was concluded that two shrubs are both heliophilous plant,they both can maintain the utility of luminous energy steadily in loss water environment.Under drought stress,the Prolin content of Caragana was increased 57.75%,but the contents of Prolin of Sophora moorcroftiana remained relatively stable,and there was no accumulation phenomenon compared with prophase water stress.In this process,the contents of MDA of the two shrubs both increased,but Sophora moorcroftiana was less than Caragana on the rate of increase.There was no conspicuous accumulation phenomenon compared with prophase water stress both the two shrubs.In different stress phase,the relative plasmalemma permeability of Caragana was at a higher level than Sophora moorcroftiana except later stage.The soluble sugar content in two shrubs both increased,but there was no conspicuous accumulation phenomenon,and there are little difference between the two varieties of Sophora shrubs.The SOD and CAT in two shrubs,maintain relatively activity steadily.The result shows that the two shrubs both adaptable in drought stress.Using the method of subordinate function,integrated assessment on the drought resistant index of two species indicated that the order of drought resistance ability of Caragana is a little more than Sophora moorcroftiana.
