中文摘要	在水资源越来越重要的今天,如何让有限的水资源更加有效的利用成了重要的课题.中国是个严重贫水的国家.水资源总量虽然较多,但人均量并不丰富.这种情况对于我国西北干旱半干旱地区来说更是严重,同时水又是各个绿洲和绿色生态走廊形成的最重要因素.如何更加合理地利用水资源,对于缺水的西北地区来说有着极为重要的意义.随着西部大开发,利用水资源规模扩大,水资源时空分布格局发生变化,中上游人工绿洲面积扩大,下游绿色走廊植被衰竭,土地荒漠化日趋严重,走廊生态环境持续恶化.文中分析了车尔臣河水资源变化对下游绿色走廊兴衰的影响过程,提出了合理利用水资源,保护绿色走廊生态环境的对策建议
英文摘要	With the increasing importance of water resources, how to make the limited water resources more effective use has become an important issue. China is a serious water-poor country. The total of water resources are more but amount per capita is less. Such circumstances in the arid and semi-arid areas of northwestern is more serious,at the same time, the water is the most important factor for the formation of ecological corridor and the green oasis. To make more rational use of water resources for the dry northwest region has extremely important significance. As the grand western development and enlarged demanding utilization of water resources, spatial and temporal distribution patterns of water resources was changed, the area of artificial oasis in the upper reaches and lower reaches of the green corridor were expanded, desertification was worsening, deterioration of ecological environment in the corridor was continued. We analyzed the changes of downstream water resources of Che’erchen River, the impact of the rise and fall of green corridor process, put forward the rational use of water resources, protection of green corridors of the ecological environment countermeasures and proposals
