干旱胁迫下五种荒漠灌木苗期的生理响应和抗旱评价

中文摘要采用盆栽断水法模拟土壤干旱胁迫,研究了五种典型荒漠灌木-小叶锦鸡儿,荒漠锦鸡儿,沙冬青,花棒和霸王的生理适应特性.结果表明:干旱胁迫下,五种灌木苗期叶片保水能力和叶绿素a/b降低,可溶性糖,脯氨酸和MDA含量增加.各灌木SOD,POD和CAT活性变化不尽相同,但都相互协调作用维持在一个平衡态进行,且与MDA含量成正相关.多重比较发现,五种荒漠灌木中,霸王丙二醛,脯氨酸,可溶性糖含量及抗氧化酶活性最低.基于隶属函数值法评价五种灌木的抗旱性,结果为:荒漠锦鸡儿>小叶锦鸡儿>花棒>沙冬青>霸王
英文摘要Shrub is the main component of drought desert vegetation,it plays an important role in the biological diversity, ecological services and stability of ecosystems. Characteristics of physiological adaptation of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus, Caragana microphylla, Hedysarum scoparium, Caragana roborovskyi and Zygophyllum xanthoxylum under continuing drought stress were studied. The results were as followed: Leave water-retention capacity, Chlorophyll a/b decreased and soluble sugar, proline,MDA content increased under drought stress. SOD,POD and CAT activity of each shrubs were different, there was a coordinating role between them and maintained the equilibrium state, and was positively correlated with MDA content. The contents of proline, soluble sugar,MDA and antioxidant enzymes activity of Zygophyllum xanthoxylum were in the lowest. The comprehensive evaluation results indicated that drought resistance strength is Caragana roborovskyi > Caragana microphylla > Hedysarum scoparium > Ammopiptanthus mongolicus > Zygophyllum xanthoxylum, which based on the membership function method
