中文摘要	近年来,在世界范围内,农村雨洪调蓄利用的研究和相关技术发展迅速,且主要集中在水资源极度缺乏的干旱半干旱地区.与此同时,中国农村的雨洪调蓄利用虽然有一定的发展,但是仍然没有得到足够的重视.对农村与城市雨洪调蓄利用方面的异同进行简单的辨析,阐明了在农村推进雨洪调蓄利用的意义所在,同时对目前农村雨洪调蓄利用存在的问题进行较为深入的探讨,并提出一系列的建议,为我国进一步深入推进农村雨洪调蓄利用事业提供参考。
英文摘要	In recent years,the research,as well as the relevant technologies,on rural stormwater storage and utilization,has gained rapid development all over the world,especially in the arid and semi-arid areas,where the water resources are in great need.Meanwhile,although China has also made some progress on rural stormwater storage and utilization,it has not been given sufficient attention.The similarities and differences between urban and rural stormwater storage and utilization are briefly introduced,highlighting the significance of promoting stormwater storage and utilization in rural areas.The problems and obstacles on rural stormwater storage and utilization are also discussed in detail.Finally,based on the current situation in China,some suggestions are proposed to help decision-making and in-depth research on rural stormwater management of China in the future.
