中文摘要	建立了同时测定化妆品中10种挥发性亚硝胺(N-亚硝基二甲基胺、N-亚硝基二乙基胺、N-亚硝基二正丙基胺、N-亚硝基吗啉、N-亚硝基吡咯烷、N-亚硝基哌啶、N-亚硝基二正丁基胺、N-亚硝基二苯基胺、N-亚硝基二环己基胺及N-亚硝基二苄基胺)的气相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。膏霜、水剂、散粉、香波、唇膏等不同类型的化妆品样品分别采用适宜的提取溶剂经超声提取后,样品提取液高速离心处理,上清液以Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,收集甲醇洗脱液,DB-624(30m*0.25mm,1.40!m)石英毛细管色谱柱分离后经EI-GC-MS/MS多反应监测技术进行定性及定量分析。10种挥发性亚硝胺的方法定量限为2.5~10mg/kg;在低、中、高的3个添加水平的平均回收率为85.2%~102.3%;相对标准偏差为3.0%~9.2%。本方法准确、快速、灵敏度高,可用于化妆品的实际检验。
英文摘要	A comprehensive analytical method based on gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry has been developed for the determination of 10volatile nitrosamines(N-nitrosodimethylamine,N-nitrosodiethylamine,N-nitrosodi-n-propylamine,N-nitrosomorpholine,N-nitrosopyrrolidine,Nnitrosopiperidine,N-nitrosodi-n-butylamine,N-nitrosodiphenylamine,N-nitrosodicyclohexylamine and N-nitrosodibenzylamine)in cosmetics.Various cosmetic samples,including cream,lotion,powder,shampoo and lipstick,were extracted with appropriate solvents under ultrasonication.The extract was centrifuged,and the upper solution was then cleaned up by an Oasis HLB solid phase extraction cartridge.Qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out for the analytes under the MRM mode after the chromatographic separation on a DB-624(30m*0.25mm,1.40!m)capillary column.The limits of quantitation(LOQs)for 10volatile nitrosamines were 2.5-10mg/kg.The mean recoveries at the three spiked levels were 85.2%-102.3%,with the relative standard deviations between 3.1%and 9.2%.
