中文摘要利用MODIS,TRMM遥感传感器数据和CASA模型,估算了新疆准格尔盆地南缘2000-2009年的植被净初级生产力(Net Primary Productivity,NPP)信息.在CASA模型实现中,利用TRMM数据反演研究区降水量,减少了依靠地面稀疏气象站点插值带来的误差,从而提高了模型估算精度.同时,分析了准格尔南缘的石河子及周边地区2000年以来植被NPP的变化趋势及其影响因素.结果表明,区域气候,植被覆盖类型与人类活动是影响该地区植被NPP波动的主导因素,其中植被类型和降水量的影响尤其重要,研究结果对进一步解析准格尔南缘生态系统演化和研究碳循环过程具有参考价值
英文摘要The estimation of vegetation Net Primary Productivity(NPP) in the south border of the Junggar Basin, Xinjiang during 2000-2009 was conducted using MODIS and TRMM data and the CASA model. The TRMM data rather than ground observations were used to estimate the rainfall data that were incorporated into the CASA model. This improved the implementation of the CASA model in the study area, and can result in better estimation of the NPP, especially in the mountainous and desert areas where no meteorological observation is available. The CASA estimation of the NPP was then verified using ground quadrate data collected in 2009 and the correlation coefficient between them is approximately 0.75, which indicates a relatively accurate estimation of the NPP values. In addition, ten years NPP values through 2000 to 2009 in the study area were also estimated using the CASA model,MODIS and TRMM data. The variations of the NPP values through 2000 to 2009 were examined and the correlation with the climate factors and vegetation types was also statistically analyzed. The result shows that the NPP values of the farmland crops increased through the ten years, and the vegetation type and rainfall are the main driving factors that caused the NPP fluctuations in this area in the last ten years. These results are very valuable to further analysis of the arid ecosystem evolution and characterization of the carbon cycle in the southern border of the Junggar Basin
