中文摘要	为了探讨达乌里胡枝子(Lespedeza davurica(Laxm.)Schindl)适应干旱环境的结构特征变化规律,揭示解剖结构与其抗旱性之间的关系,采用石蜡切片法对山西6个野生达乌里胡枝子居群的根解剖结构进行观测,并运用方差分析、聚类分析、相关分析和隶属函数综合评价其抗旱性。结果表明:根据方差分析结果并结合植物学知识选定10个指标,聚成3类,分别反映根的维管组织特征、维管柱结构和根的宏观特性。通过相关分析将导管直径、木质部面积/根横切面积、导管密度、维管柱直径、根直径作为各类的典型指标,应用隶属函数法综合评价其抗旱能力由强到弱依次为阳泉>交口>沁源>太谷>静乐>沁水。根维管柱直径、导管直径和导管密度与当地降水量呈显著负相关关系,根直径和木质部面积/根横切面积与降水量之间呈负相关,但相关性较低。
英文摘要	To reveal the relationships between the anatomical structures and drought resistance,the structure characteristics of Lespedeza davurica(Laxm.)Schindl were studies under arid environments.Root anatomy of six L.davurica populations from Shanxi province was observed using paraffin method.Drought tolerance of L.davurica was also evaluated using comprehensive appraisal indices such as ANOVA analysis,clustering analysis,correlation analysis and subordinate function analysis.Ten indicators were selected through ANOVA analysis indicating six populations are clustered into three groups according to vascular tissue characteristics,vascular cylinder structure and root macroscopical characteristics.Vessel diameter,ratio of xylem area / root transverse,vessel density,vascular cylinder diameter and root diameter are selected as typical indices of three groups using correlation analysis.Drought resistance classes were determined as:Yangquan>Jiaokou>Qinyuan>Taigu>Jingle>Qinshui using subjection function values analysis.Vascular cylinder diameter,vessel diameter and vessel density was inversely related to local rainfall.Root diameter and ratio of xylem area / root transverse show a lesser negative correlation with rainfall.
