西藏半干旱区三种柏树抗旱性研究

中文摘要本文以西藏半干旱区分布的柏树为实验树种, 采用盆栽控水干旱胁迫手段, 比较和分析了3种柏树在持续水分胁迫条件下的生理响应, 结果表明: ①随着干旱胁迫时间推移, 土壤含水量不断降低, 各树种叶片水分饱和亏缺值持续上升, 初期失水速率基本相同, 至13d, 各树种失水速率逐渐加快并产生差异, 其中, 巨柏失水速度最快 、大果圆柏次之、香柏最小; ②从叶绿素a+b值和叶绿素a/b值综合比较来看, 香柏和巨柏的抗旱适应性、喜光性略高于大果圆柏; ③遭受干旱胁迫后, 巨柏、香柏和大果圆柏体内游离脯氨酸含量分别增加了68.73%、63.61%和4 7.66%; ④在此过程中, 各树种体内丙二醛含量基本保持相对稳定状态, 胁迫后期与前期相比并没有出现大量积累的现象. 不同胁迫阶段, 大果圆柏的电解质外渗率处于较高水平, 巨柏次之, 香柏最低; ⑤可溶性糖积累过程中巨柏和大果圆柏增量明显高于香柏; ⑥随着干旱胁迫时间延长, 3个树种体内保护酶SOD和CAT含量均有所下降, 试验初期至结束, SOD活性分别下降了20.34%~39.35%, CAT活性下降了58.39%~72.30%. 采用模糊数学隶属函数法对3种柏树抗旱性进行综合评价, 其抗旱能力强弱排序依次为香柏>巨柏>大果圆柏
英文摘要Most areas in Tibet belong to arid and semi-arid climate. Trends in land desertification in the middle reaches of the Yalung Tsangpo River over the semi-arid areas become increasingly obvious. Numerous studies have shown that Cupressaceae species have good drought adaptation and Sabina Pingii var.wilsonii, Cupressus gigantean and Sabina tibetica are the most representative drought-resistant tree species of natural distribution in Tibetan semi-arid areas. In this paper, physiological responses to drought stress of three varieties of cypress were examined through controlling the moisture of soil in pots. Physiological and biochemical characteristics of the three varieties of cypress were measured in experiments. Integrated assessment on the drought resistant under sustained water stress were also conducted by analyzing the physiological responses. Results showed that,as the time of drought stress was prolonged and soil moisture continued to become gradually depleted, leaf water saturation deficit of all species continued to increase. The water loss rate did not vary significantly until 13 days after the water stress treatment. Then the water loss rate of each species started to speed up and differed from each other progressively. It was found that the water loss rate of Cupressus gigantean is the fastest in the three spices, followed by Sabina tibetica and Sabina pingii var.wilsonii. From comprehensively comparing the chlorophyll a+b with the chlorophyll a/b values of the seedlings,it was concluded that Sabina pingii var.wilsonii and Cupressus gigantea’were more adaptable in drought stress and yoshimitsu in two spices was higher than the Sabina tibetica. Under the drought stress, the Prolin content of three species was increased by 68.73%(Cupressus gigantean var.wilsonii),63.63%(Cupressus gigantean)and 47.66%(Sabina tibetica), respectively. In this process, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)remained relatively stable, and there was no accumulation phenomenon compared with prophase water stress. In different stress phases, the electrolyte leakage rate of Sabina tibetica was at a high level, and the order of electrolyte leakage rate of the three spices was as followed: Sabina Pingii var.wilsonii> Cupressus gigantean>Sabina tibetica. The increasing amount of soluble sugar content in Sabina tibetica was the least in the three seedlings. The content of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in three seedlings declined during the experimental period. As the time of drought stress was prolonged, the content of SOD in the three seedlings decreased by approximately 20.34%to 39.35%, while the content of CAT decreased ranging from 58.39%to 72.30%.It can be concluded that the three cypresses act differently under water stress conditions, showing varying ability of drought resistance. It would not be accurate to compare and evaluate the ability of drought resistance using single or partial drought indices. Using the method of the subordinate function, integrated assessment on the drought resistant index of the three species indicated that the order of drought resistance ability of the three seedlings is Sabina pingii var.wilsonii>Cupressus gigantean>Sabina tibetica
