中文摘要	生态旅游已成为当今世界旅游发展的主要趋势,也成为湿地生态系统保护与湿地资源开发的有效方式.黑河中游湿地资源丰富,是西北干旱区重要的湿地分布区之一,开展湿地生态旅游资源条件十分优越.以黑河中游湿地即张掖市为研究对象,对其生态旅游资源条件进行评价;结合生态安全理论,以保护性开发为基础,提出功能分区、生态旅游产品导向和社区共管模式结合的湿地生态旅游开发模式;最后,提出黑河中游湿地生态旅游可持续开发的举措,以期达到保护湿地生态环境,合理开发湿地生态旅游资源,实现黑河中游湿地旅游资源可持续发展的目的.
英文摘要	Nowadays ecotourism has become the main tendency of tourism development,and it also becomes the effective way to protect wetland ecosystem and explore wetland resources.There is a large area of wetland in middle reaches of Heihe River in Zhangye city.Zhangye wetland is one of the important wetlands in arid northwest China,and it is extremely suitable for ecotourism development.This paper analyzed the strength,weakness,opportunity,and threaten for wetland tourism development in Zhangye city,and it established a tourism exploitation model of Zhangye wetland in middle reaches of Heihe River.The model,based on ecological security and protective development theory,centers on ecological and tourism function zoning,ecotourism products orientation and community participation.Finally,this paper puts forward the basic measures for wetland ecological environment protection and ecotourism sustainable development.
