中文摘要	[目的]评价新疆干旱区生态与经济系统的耦合度,探讨农业资源利用与社会经济、环境协调发展的良性运行机制,为制定和实施干旱区可持续发展政策措施以及农业结构调整和升级提供科学依据. [方法]采用主成分分析方法与生态和农业经济协调发展的耦合系统评判指标体系. [结果]新疆生态环境状况波动下降,农业经济发展水平先下降后上升. [结论]新疆生态环境与农业经济的耦合关系减弱、协调发展面临巨大压力
英文摘要	[objective]The purpose of this paper was to assess the coupling degree of ecological and economic system in the arid area of Xinjiang,to explore the virtuous mechanisum for agricultural resource use and harmonious development of society, economy and environment, and to provide scientific basis for making and implementing sustainable development policies, and for agricultural structure adjustment and upgrade.[Method]It used the methods of principal analysis, and it set up the coupling system evaluation index of harmonious development of environment and agricultraul economy.[Result]It showed that environmental status of Xinjiang went down undulated, while the status of agricultural economy went up at first and then went down.[Conclusion]The coupling relation between ecologial environment and agricultural economy is getting weak. It tends to have heavy pressure on harmonious development
