中文摘要	水问题是我国西部干旱区实施大开发战略必须首先解决的重大科技问题,流域水循环研究是解决西部干旱区水问题的科学基础和前提条件.本文在总结西部干旱区流域水循环研究进展的基础上,探讨了当前干旱区水循环研究面临的关键科学问题,核心是:变化环境下流域水循环演变规律、土壤盐渍化机理、生态需水计算以及耦合模型尺度转换等问题.结合西部实施大开发战略的水资源合理配置、水资源开发利用与生态、环境相互间协调发展等国家重大需求,初步提出干旱区流域水循环研究框架,旨在为干旱区流域水循环研究提供参考.
英文摘要	Water problem is a major scientific and technological issue that must be first resolved during the development of the western region. Study on the hydrological cycle is the scientific foundation and prerequisite for solving the lack of water in western arid region. Based on summarizing the research progresses of basin hydrological cycle in the western arid areas, this paper discussed the key scientific problems of the hydrological cycle study in arid region at present. The key issues are as follows: the evolution rules of basin hydrological cycle under changing conditions, the mechanism of soil salinization, the calculation of ecological water requirements, and the scale transformation of the coupled model and so on. Combined with the national needs of rational allocation of water resources, the development and utilization of water resources, the coordinated development of ecology and environment and so on during the west developing strategy, this paper primarily put forward the research framework for basin hydrological cycle in arid region and provided reference for the purpose of basin hydrological cycle in arid region.
