中文摘要 | 以毛乌素沙地南缘陕西省榆林沙生植物园9种主要沙生植被为研究对象, 选取沙裸地为对照, 分析了土壤养分和土壤酶活性的分异特征, 并在此基础上提出土壤酶综合评价指数(SEI), 进一步分析其变化过程. 结果表明, 沙裸地种植植被后土壤养分得到显著改善, 土壤酶变化明显, 表现为蔗糖酶、磷酸酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性总体呈升高趋势, 多酚氧化酶有所降低; 不同植被类型对不同酶活性的改善作用表现出较强的异质性; 相关性分析表明土壤蔗糖酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性之间具有较强的相关性, 并和有机质、全氮和碱解氮相关性较高; SEI在沙裸地种植植被后显著增加, 增幅从大到小依次为刺槐林和樟子松、花棒、油松、臭柏、白柠条、小叶杨、沙蒿, 踏郎和沙裸地没有显著差异. 综合以上结果说明从酶学角度分析认为在毛乌素沙区治沙过程中优先选取刺槐、樟子松、花棒、油松和臭柏等物种 |
英文摘要 | Taking the nine kinds of sandy vegetation planted in Psammophyte garden, Yulin city of Shaanxi province as the research object, and also selecting the bare sand as the control. In the paper, differentiation characteristics of nutrient and enzyme activities of soil in nine plots were analyzed, and the comprehensive assessment index of soil enzyme (SEI) was also put forward to analyze its change. The results showed that after revegetating on bare land, the soil nutrients and enzyme activities were greatly improved. The sucrase, phosphatase, urease and catalase activities generally increased compared with bare sand, while the polyphenol-oxidase decreased. Besides, the effects of different vegetation type on soil enzyme were significantly different. The correlation analysis results showed that there is a significant correlation among the sucrase, phosphatase, catalase and polyphenol-oxidase, these enzymes also had a strong correlation with organic matter, total nitrogen and available nitrogen. SEI increased markedly after bare sand were revegetated, the sequence of increase amplitude from big to small was Robinia pseudoacacia (RP) and Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica(PS), Hedysarum scoparium (HS), Pinus tabulaeformis (PT), Sabina vulgaris (SV), Caragana korshinkii(CA), Simon poplar(SP), Artemisia desertorum(AD), but between Hedysarum mongolicum(HM)and bare sand(CK), there is no significant differences. It can be concluded from above results that Robinia pseudoacacia, RP, Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica, PS, Hedysarum scoparium, HS, Pinus tabulaeformis, PT and Sabina vulgaris, SV specises should be chosen as priority to harness Mu Us desert from the view point of enzyme |
