中文摘要 | 改性水溶性聚氨酯(W-OH固化材料)是一种以水为固化剂,成本低廉,施工方便,环境负荷小的新型荒漠化防治材料.该文讨论W-OH固化材料的固化机理,研究固化温度和材料浓度对固化时间的影响;着重研究了W-OH固化材料与沙土结合形成的固结层(W-OH固结层)的力学性能随浓度的变化关系,模拟荒漠化地区恶劣环境,讨论紫外线辐射,水解和冻融循环对W-OH固结层力学性能的影响,最后通过风洞试验研究其抗风蚀沙蚀性.结果表明W-OH固化材料中异氰酸根与水发生交联反应,在数分钟至数十分钟快速固化,提高温度和材料浓度均增加反应速率,缩短固化时间;W-OH固结层有较好的力学性能,其压缩强度大于1.15MPa,硬度大于21.5mm,并且固结层有较好的抗压缩变形性和弹性;在紫外线照射下,随着照射时间的延长,W-OH固结层的力学性能先提高,后下降;水解和冻融对W-OH固结层的力学性能影响较小,表现出良好的抗水解和冻融性能;风沙流速达到25m/s的风洞试验仍没有破坏W-OH固结层,抗风蚀性能优异 |
英文摘要 | The modified water-borne polyurethane (abbreviated as W-OH solidified material) is a novel desertification prevention material,and it is characterized by using water as a curing agent,low cost,easy construction and environmental-friendly. In this paper,the solidified time of the W-OH solidified material are studied,discussing solidified mechanism. It is also discussed that the concentration of W-OH solidified material and the temperature impact on solidified reaction. A sand-fixing layer based on W-OH solidified material (abbreviated as W-OH sand-fixing layer) is formed by spraying the aqueous solution of W-OH solidified material on the sand surface. It focuses on relationship between the mechanical properties and the concentration of the W-OH solidified material. By simulating harsh environment in the desertification areas,the impacts of the UV radiation,hydrolysis,and freeze-thaw on the mechanical properties of the W-OH sand-fixing layer are studied and discussed. And finally,the performance against wind erosion of W-OH sand-fixing layer is also studied by wind tunnel test. Results show that the-NCO functional group in the W-OH solidified material can react with water by cross-linking reaction and form a gel in the range of several minutes and tens of minutes. The reaction rate can be improved by raising the temperature and concentration of the W-OH solidified material,shortening solidified time. The W-OH sand-fixing layer is characterized by good mechanical properties,with the compressive stress of more than 1.15 MPa,and hardness of more than 21.5 mm. The W-OH sand-fixing layer also has a good compressive deformation and elasticity. With increasing the time of UV irradiation,the mechanical properties of the W-OH sand-fixing layer is improved at the beginning and then decreased. It is relatively slight that hydrolysis and freezing-thawing impacu on the mechanical properties of W-OH sand-fixing layer,which means that it has a good resistance to hydrolysis and freezing-thawing. The W-OH sand-fixing layer can keep well under action of 25 m/s strong wind-sand flow,showing excellent performance against wind erosion |
