中文摘要	目的: 通过测量各掌骨皮质厚度, 探讨拉萨藏族儿童青少年的骨发育状况. 方法: 随机抽取拉萨地区7~20岁儿童青少年1 361例(男性674例, 女性687例), 拍摄左手x线片, 测量各掌骨宽和髓腔宽, 计算皮质厚度和骨皮质指数, 用 SPSS软件包统计学分析. 结果: 掌骨宽、髓腔宽、骨皮质厚度随年龄逐渐增大, 15岁以后各掌骨宽和髓腔宽性别差异有统计学意义, 男性大于女性. 与其他掌骨比较, 骨皮质厚度以第2掌骨最具代表性, 处于领先地位. 骨皮质指数拉萨藏族男性11岁以前大于哈尔滨市和黑龙江农村同龄人群, 差异具有统计学意义. 女性青春期以前也大于上述两地区, 17~18岁低于上述两地区人群, 差异具有统计学意义. 结论: 掌骨宽、髓腔宽、骨皮质厚度随年龄递增, 15岁以后各掌骨宽和髓腔宽存在性别差异; 第2掌骨骨皮质厚度处于领先地位
英文摘要	Objective: To explore the feature of bone development in children and adolescents from Lhasa by X-ray measurement of the cortical thickness of metacarpal. Methods: With the informed consent, 1361 samples aged from 7 to 20 years (males 674, females 687) in the Lhasa area were randomly selected, the width of metacarpal and marrow cavity was measured by X-ray, the cortical thickness and cortical bone index were computed, and the data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results: The width of metacarpal, marrow cavity and cortical thickness were increased with aging. There was significant sex difference in the width of metacarpal arid marrow cavity after the age of 15 years. The cortical thickness of the second metacarpal bone was representative compared with other metacarpal bones. Cortical bone index of people from Lhasa was higher than that from Harbin city and Heilongjiang countryside before the age of 11 years, and there was no significant difference after the age of 17 years in males. Same as males, the cortical bone index in females was also higher than that from Harbin city and Heilongjiang countryside before adolescence, but lower after the age of 17 years. Conclusion: The cortical thickness and the width of metacarpal and marrow cavity increase with aging, and there is significant sex different after the age of 15 years, the cortical thickness of the second metacarpal bone is representative
