中文摘要	为了解决黄河源区的生态隐患,针对黄河源区由于自然因素和人为因素造成的土地荒漠化加剧,湖泊干涸,沼泽湿地萎缩,河流径流量和生物多样性减少,水土流失和草场退化严重等问题,提出了从加大黄河源区环保建设资金的支持力度;加大生态移民力度,尽快让农牧民脱贫致富;有计划地发展旅游业;鼓励公众积极参与环境保护工作等方面解决黄河源区生态问题的措施.
英文摘要	The paper puts forward the countermeasures of reinforcing the funds support of environment protection construction, eliminating poverty of farmers and herdsmen by speeding up ecological migrant plan, developing tourism according to plan and encouraging public active participation in environment protection to solve the ecological risk of Yellow River original region in the light of the current situation of land desertification, drying lakes, shrinking wetlands, reduction of river runoff and biological diversity, soil erosion and grassland degradation caused by natural and human factors in Yellow River original region.
