中文摘要	采用气象观测数据和遥感数据, 借助数据统计分析技术, 对中国北方年、季植被覆盖度变化规律、植被覆盖度变化强度、植被覆盖度变化趋势和植被覆盖度对沙尘暴灾害的影响进行了分析.结果表明, 中国北方地区的植被覆盖度总体上呈波动增加的趋势, 波动范围为0.395～0.487, 植被覆盖度上升趋势与沙尘暴日数下降趋势有着很好地对应关系; 中国北方春季和夏季植被覆盖度变化具有随季节的不同, 植被覆盖度变化强度表现出不同的空间分布特征, 在春季植被覆盖度变化强度与植被覆盖度的空间分布有较好的一致性.尽管中国北方地区植被覆盖状况整体呈上升趋势, 但在华北和西北的干旱半干旱区土地退化严重, 荒漠化在加剧.
英文摘要	The variation laws, intensity, trend and its effect on sandstorm disasters of annual and seasonal vegetation coverage in northern China are analyzes using the meteorological observation data and remote sensing data with the help of the technique of statistical analysis. The results show that the vegetation coverage in northern China exhibits rising trend in fluctuation on the whole and the fluctuation ranges from 0.395 to 0.487 and the rising trend of vegetation coverage and the falling trend of sandstorm days have very good corresponding relationships; the variation of vegetation coverage in northern China in spring and summer varies with seasons and its variation intensity displays different space distribution characteristics and the variation intensity of vegetation coverage and its space distribution have good consistency in spring; although the vegetation coverage status in northern China exhibits rising trend on the whole, the land degrades seriously and desertification is intensifying in arid and semi-arid areas in northern and northwestern China.
