中文摘要	为促进生态环境保护与建设,加强陇东黄土高原的生态治理,以地处黄土丘陵沟壑区的庆阳市为例,基于PSR模型,建立生态安全评价体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)和综合指数法对其生态安全进行评价.结果表明:庆阳市的生态安全度处于危险,各县生态安全状况不平衡.人口增长过快,水资源短缺,面源污染,水土流失和土地荒漠化是导致该地区生态安全处于危险的主要原因.改善生态环境现状的主要政策和建议是:改变生产方式,发展循环经济,发展生态农业,实施退耕还林工程,合理开发利用水资源,大力提高人口素质,建立和保持稳定的社会经济发展环境
英文摘要	this research took Qing Ynag city which locates in the Loess hilly and gully region as an example, based on the PSP model,we establish a ecological security evaluation system, and use the AHP and comprehensive index model to evaluate the ecological security. The analysis shows that:the ecological security level in Qingyang city is dangerous and unbalance in each county. The main reasons which lead to the dangerous of the ecological security are:rapid growth of population, shortage of water resource, pollution, soil erosion and land desertification. Then we give some countermeasures and advices to improve the ecological environment:changing the production model, developing circular economy and ecological agriculture, implement ing the project of returning farmland to forest, rational development and utilization of water resources, greatly improving the quality of the population, establishing and maintain a stable environment for socio-economic development
