中文摘要	能值分析方法可同时定量研究生态经济系统中环境资源与经济活动的真实价值,因而对合理评估区域经济发展水平,制订正确的社会经济发展对策具有十分重要的意义.以武威绿洲凉州区为例,通过一系列的能值分析指标定量分析了该区农业生态经济系统的发展现状及存在问题,并提出实现绿洲农业持续发展的对策建议
英文摘要	Emergy provides a common denominator for measurement of encironmental resources and economy in ecological-economic system. Emergy makes it possible to study and view ecological-economics system for policy perspectives from a new visual angle different from traditional ecology and economics. In this paper, emergy indices and ratios are calculated and analysed for the ecological-economic system of the Wuwei oasis Liangzhou area of 2005 so as to develop ideas for adjusting, improving, optimizing the structure and function and for environmental policy-making in oases area
