中文摘要	在艾比湖湿地自然保护区东大桥和鸭子湾附近选取38个样地, 对17个植物群落内的21种植物进行了土壤酶、有机质、盐分、pH值等的测量. 结果表明:与湿润地区相比, 干旱区的土壤酶含量很低, 在土壤剖面上土壤酶活性随深度的增加而降低. 聚类分析中, 土壤酶是影响聚类分析最重要的因子, 分到同一类别中的植物在酶和土壤理化性质之间有密切的关系, 适应环境胁迫的机理极其相似. 聚类分析可作为植物分类的方法, 和经典的植物分类方法结合, 为植物分类提供更合理的依据. 相关分析表明, 干旱区土壤有机质作为土壤酶底物的重要补给源与土壤酶活性呈极显著相关
英文摘要	Soil enzymes and soil organic matter, salinity, pH value are measured in the Ebinur Lake near Dongdaqiao and Duck bay, including 38 typical places which content 17 kinds of plant communities, 21kinds of plants involved. The result indicats that compared with the moist area, the soil enzyme content in the arid area is very low. In the soil profile the tendency of enzyme activity is reducing from top to bottom. Soil enzyme is the most important element in cluster analysis, different plants divided to the same type have close relationship in the soil physical and chemical properties, the mechanism that they adapting to the environmental stress is similar. Combining with the classical plant classification methods, cluster analyses which provide more rational basis for the classification of plants can be used to classify plant. The correlation analysis indicats that soil organic matter is significantly related to the soil enzyme activity, as a source of runoff for soil enzyme, the soil organic matter is an important index of the level of soil fertility
