中文摘要	利用降水量与参考作物蒸散量的比值构建了表征气候干湿程度的干旱指数, 通过分析生长季(5 -9月)干旱指数的时空变化特征探讨了松嫩平原1960-2008年干旱的严重程度、分布特征、发展趋势. 结果表明:近50年来, 松嫩平原的气候明显趋向干旱, 期间经历了"湿润干旱湿润干旱"4个交替过程, 20世纪80年代初期、90年代末期为重要的转折点, 在2008年之后的一段时间内, 松嫩平原仍将处于偏干时期. 生长季的多年平均干旱指数具有从东北向西南递减的空间分异特性, 通过REOF分析可以将松嫩平原分为东北区、西南区、南区、东区4个干旱异常区. 平均气温与干旱指数负相关, 干旱指数对降水量的敏感性大于平均气温
英文摘要	Drought index used to measure climate drought extent was defined as the ratio between precipitation and reference evapotranspiration. Spatial distribution and development trend of climate drought in Songnen Plain were evaluated by analyzing temporal and spatial characteristics of drought index in growing season during 1960 - 2008. The results showed that climate in Songnen Plain exhibited an obvious drought trend during the last 50 years and experienced four alternating stages as " humid - arid - humid - arid" with two significant turning points in the early 1980s and last 1990s. Multi - year mean drought index in growing season gradually decreased from northeast to southwest with a distinct spatial variation. Using. REOF method, the entire Songnen Plain could be divided into four abnormal drought areas as the northeastern part, southwestern part, southern part and eastern part. Mean temperature of growing season negatively correlated with drought index and it was less important to drought index by compared with total precipitation
