中文摘要	通过且末绿洲水资源-生态环境-经济社会耦合系统互动关系的分析和对该耦合系统可持续发展模式的探讨,利用模糊优选模型将多个评价指标转化为单一指标,采用模糊隶属度描述复杂水资源系统可持续发展水平的评价方法,并结合且末绿洲水资源开发与利用的实际情况,研究且末区域水资源可持续利用与经济社会协调发展的关系. 综合对且末绿洲2003年--2007年的水资源系统的量化分析,研究结果表明:且末绿洲水资源利用可持续发展水平在逐年提高,但整体水平相对较低,尚有较大的开发潜力和提升空间. 研究成果可为且末绿洲水资源可持续利用及其管理提供定量的决策依据.
英文摘要	By analyzing the water resources - the ecological environment - economic and social interaction of Qiemo Oasis and the discussing the coupling system of sustainable development model, using fuzzy optimization model to change the evaluation indicators into a single indicator, using fuzzy membership to describe the complexity of water resources system of sustainable development of evaluation methods, and combined with the actual situation of Qiemo Oasis water resources development and utilization, the relationship of Qiemo regional sustainable utilization of water resources and coordinated economic and social development were studied. Integrated with quantitative analysis in 2003 -2007 of water resource systems in Qiemo Oasis, results showed that the Qiemo Oasis level of water resources utilization for sustainable development increased, but the overall level was relatively low, there was a large potential development and enhance space. Researches can also provide decision-making support for sustainable use and management of water resources in Qiemo Oasis.
