中文摘要 | 在甘肃民勤荒漠绿洲过渡带,采用时空替代法,选择不同沙包发育阶段,研究了白刺沙包发育过程的土壤水分变化特征及不同径级根系生物量特征.结果表明:白刺沙包发育过程中,随着土壤水分的增加,白刺根系的生物量增加;白刺粗根系生物量集中分布在0~50cm土层,占92%以上;中根系生物量在0~40cm土层最多,其中根系生物量占全部中根系生物量的比例在初期沙包为83.32%,中期沙包为86.75%,成熟期沙包为85.32%;细根系生物量在初期沙包和成熟期沙包0~20cm土层中分别占49.73%和52.89%,而中期沙包集中分布于20~40cm土层,占47.66%;中根系生物量和细根系生物量与土壤水分呈显著相关,粗根系生物量与土壤水分不相关 |
英文摘要 | Characteristics of soil moisture and different diameter root biomass during the different developmental stages of Nitraria tangutorum nebkha dunes were studied using the method of substituting time with space in desert oasis in Minqin county of Gansu Province. The results indicated that in the developmentsl process of Nitraria tangutorum nebkha, root biomass of Nitraria tangutorum increased with the increasing of soil moisture. Biomass of roots with diameter more than 3 mm was mainly distributed in the 050 cm soil layer, accounting for more than 92 % of total. Biomass of roots with diameter between 1 and 3 mm distributed in the 040 cm soil layer, which accounts for 83.32 %,86.75 % and 85.32 % of total in the initial, medium and mature stage of Nitraria tangutorum nebkha, respectively. Biomass of root with diameter less than 1 mm was mainly distributed in the 020 cm soil layer at the initial and mature stages, which was 49.73 % and 52.89 % of total respectively, while it was 47.66 % of total and distributed in 2040 cm soil layer in medium stage. Biomass of roots with diameter less than 3 mm was significantly related with soil moisture,on the contrary, the biomass of roots with diameter more than 3 mm was not related with soil moisture |
