中文摘要研究了海产品中4种硝基呋喃类原药(呋喃唑酮、呋喃妥因、呋喃西林、呋喃它酮)的固相萃取/超高效液相色谱串联质谱分析方法.样品用甲醇-偏磷酸(4 : 6)溶液提取,经HLB柱净化,以甲醇和5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,经ACQUITYTM BEH C18柱分离后,在UPLC-MS/MS多反应监测模式下进行定性定量分析.其中呋喃唑酮和呋喃它酮采用正离子扫描方式,呋喃西林和呋喃妥因采用负离子扫描方式进行质谱分析.呋喃唑酮和呋喃它酮的检出限为0.15 mug/kg、定量下限为0.5 mug/kg,呋喃西林和呋喃妥因的检出限为0.3 mug/kg、定量下限为1.0 mug/kg.在0.50 ~10.0 mug/kg添加水平下,4种硝基呋喃原药的平均加标回收率为75% ~98%,相对标准偏差均小于11%.
英文摘要An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization triple-quadruple tandem mass spectrometric(UPLC-ESI MS/MS) method has been established for the determination of four nitrofurans including furazolidone,nitrofurantoin,nitrofurazone and furaltadone in seafoods.The analytes were extracted with metaphosphoric acid-methanol(6∶4,by volume)and then purified on an Oasis HLB cartridge.The LC separation was performed on an ACQUITYTM BEH C18 column(1.7 mum,2.1 mm i.d.*100 mm) with a gradient system of 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate-methanol as the mobile phase.The quantitative and confirmatory determination of the four nitrofurans were performed by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode with external standard method.Furazolidone and furaltadone were determined in the positive ion mode,while nitrofurazone and nitrofurantoin were determined in the negative ion mode.The detection limits of furazolidone and furaltadone were both 0.15 mug/kg and the quantification limits were 0.5 mug/kg....更多The detection limits of nitrofurazone and nitrofurantoin were both 0.3 mug/kg and the quantification limits were 1.0 mug/kg.The mean recoveries at spiked concentration of 0.50-10.0 mug/kg were in the range of 75%-98%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 11%.The method was effective,simple and sensitive,and was suitable for the determination and confirmation of nitrofurans in seafoods.
