中文摘要	目的了解驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵睡眠质量的影响因素.方法随机整群抽样,抽取某部驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵700人行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)测试并分析其影响因素.结果 ①随着军龄增加,驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵PSQI及部分成份的分值逐渐增高,行车里程<5 000 km和>20 000 km的汽车兵PSQI显著高于5 000～20 000 km的汽车兵.②不同职务、学历、体重指数组间比较,士官、中专学历及肥胖组PSQI高于其他组.③已婚者睡眠干扰因素、白天功能障碍及PSQI显著高于未婚者.有烟酒茶饮用习惯者PSQI及多项因子分显著高于无饮用烟酒茶习惯者.④回归分析显示:驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵睡眠质量的主要影响因素依次为吸烟、饮酒、职务及饮茶.结论驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵睡眠质量的影响因素为吸烟、饮酒、职务及饮茶.
英文摘要	[Objective] To explore the related factors of sleep quality among truck drivers in the army on Gobi Desert. [Methods] 700 truck drivers in the army on Gobi Desert were randomly cluster sampled to study the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and its related factors. [Results] PSQI and some component scores increased with the prolongation of service years among truck drivers in the army on Gobi Desert. Those of driving kilometers less than 5000 km or more than 20000 km got a higher PSQI than those of driving kilometers between 5000 km and 20000 km. The officer, the specialized secondary education driver, and the obesity tend to a higher PSQI in different military rank, education background and body mass index. PSQI and the scores of sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction were significantly higher in the married than in the unmarried, and the same in those addicted to tea, smoking and drinking than those not. Regression analysis revealed that the main factors that related to sleep quality were smoking, drinking, military ranks and drinking of tea. [Conclusion] The related factors of sleep quality among truck drivers in the army on Gobi Desert are smoking, drinking, military ranks and drinking of tea.
