中文摘要	目的:建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测牛奶中土霉素、四环素、美他环素及多西环素残留,并用串联质谱对样品中4种抗生素进行定性确认.方法:采用0.1 mol·L~(-1)Na_2 EDTA-Mcllvaine溶液提取样品,Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,以0.01mol·L~(-1)草酸-乙腈-甲醇对待测成分进行梯度洗脱.结果:4种抗生素浓度在0.2～15.0 mug·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为18.4～32.0 ng·mL~(-1),加样回收率为79.2%～102.7%.结论:该方法简单、可靠,灵敏度高,适用于牛奶中四环素类抗生素残留的检测.
英文摘要	Objective:To establish a reliable method for the simutaneous determination of residues for oxytetracycline (OTC) ,tetracycline(TC) , metacycline (MTC) and doxycycline(DC) by solid -phase extraction with high-performance liquid chromatography(SPE - HPLC). Tandem mass spectrometry( MS) was used to confirm the tetracyclines (TCs) qualitatively. Method:0.1 mol·L~(-1) Na_2 EDTA-Mcllvaine solution was used as extraction solvent . After cleaning by Oasis HLB SPE column, TCs were separated by the mobile phase which included 0.01 mol·L~(-1) oxalic acid,acetonitrile,methanol,and the separation mode was gradient elution. Results:TCs had good linearity within the range of 0. 2-15.0mug·mL~(-1) ,the detection limit( LOD) of the method was within 18.4 -32.0 ng·mL~(-1) ,the average recoveries(n=5) of the four compounds concerned were 79. 2%-102. 7%. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, sensitive and suitable for the detection of the residuals for TCs in milk.
