中文摘要	祁连山水源涵养林是我国西北荒漠地区森林的典型代表,已被作为西北干旱、半干旱荒漠区森林可持续经营研究的试验、示范区.它对维持河西地区陆地生态系统平衡起着决定性作用.采用目标法构建了祁连山水源涵养林可持续经营测度指标体系,包括6个类目指标,24个项目指标.运用多目标线性函数法,对祁连山水源涵养林的经营能力进行了测度.目标层实现率为0.679 1,测度结果为弱可持续经营.
英文摘要	Water resource conservation forest(WRCF) in Qilian Mountains has typical characteristics of desert forests in Northwest China,and has been taken as test demonstration area for sustainable forest management in arid and semi-arid area of northwest China.It plays critical role in the maintenance of ecosystem balance of Hexi area.The indicator system for sustainable management of WRCF was established by using target method including 6 group indicators and 24 item indicators.The multiple target-linear function method was adopted to measure the current management status of WRCF.The realizing percentage of target layer was 0.679 1 and the measurement result was less sustainable management.
