中文摘要	选取了14个社会经济指标作为评价指标,采用3层BP神经网络的方法对282个城市市区土地集约利用进行了评价,并将评价结果空间化并进行地域分布统计,结果显示,土地集约利用度高的地区主要分布在东部和中部地区,土地利用粗放的地区主要分布在西部地区;高度集约的城市主要是中等城市,而省会城市多集中在中度集约与一般集约等别上.对评价结果进行了合理性验证,与已有结果的总体趋势一致,其合理率达到71.4%.
英文摘要	14,social-economic indictors are chosen as the appraisal indicator.The method of 3 layers BP neural network is used for training and simulating,and the error is tolerant.ArcGis 9.2 is taken as the spatial visible tool fulfilling appraising results spatialization.The results are that high intensive cities are in the eastern China and middle China,and the high extensive cities are in the western China,which is associated with the economic developmental zones,meanwhile,high intensive cities are middle cities arid the capital cites are mainly distributed in middle intensiveness and general intensiveness,and the intensiveness trend of tested results are consistent with the researched results,which is 71.4%.
