| 中文摘要 | 以历史资料和1985-2005年武威市统计数据为基础,从水资源总量变化、河道迁徙、空间分布、用水结构、水价等方面探讨了水资源对武威城市形成发展的作用机制,分析了武威市水资源和城市化的相互作用关系.研究表明:武威市城镇形成发展与城市化进程受水资源影响明显.1985-2005年武威市用水总量和城市化水平、经济发展之间的关系表现为从相互抗拮到逐渐适应的磨合过程;用水总量与城市用地扩张关系复杂,但用地规模的扩张带来了一定的用水量减少;农业用水效益与农业在GDP中所占的比重呈线性负相关关系,工业用水效益与工业在GDP中的比重呈线性正相关关系.今后随着武威市城市化进程的加快,水资源对城市发展的制约作用将越加明显,通过优化用水结构、促进生产、生活节水、提高公众节水意识、加强水价调控等途径建设节水型城市是缓解武威城市发展水资源压力的重要途径. |
| 英文摘要 | Wuwei is the typical oasis city in Hexi corridor of Gansu Province which is the key area of the west’s exploitation and has the typical features of water resource and eco-environment in arid area of northwest China. Analyzing the relationship between urbanization and water resource in Wuwei City has the important realistic meaning to improving eco-environment in Hexi corridor and prompting urbanization and industrialization in Wuwei City effectively. Based on the historical materials and the statistical data from 1985 to 2005 of Wuwei City, the research probed the mechanism of urbanization process under the restriction of water resource in Wuwei City from total quantity change, coupe migration, spatial distribution, water used structnre and water price. Analysis resuits of the relationship between water resource and urbanization form 1985 to 2005 showed that the form and development of Wuwei City was influenced by water resource obviously. The relationship between water utilization and urbanization, between water utilization and economic development were complex, which had a break-in process from antagonistic to synchro coordinating. The relationship between water utilization and the urban construction land area was complex and water utilization reduced in a certain extent along with the increase of urban construction land area. The relationship between agricultural water use efficiency and the proportion of agricuhural output value in GDP showed negative linear correlation and the relationship between industrial water use efficiency and the proportion of industrial output value in GDP showed positive linear correlation.With the rapid development of urbanization in Wuwei City,the restriction of water resource to urbanization would be more obvious,developing a water-saving city by optimizing the water used structure,promoting productive and domestic water conservation,enhancing the public water-saving consciousness and strengthening the water price regulation were the important ways to alleviate the water resource pressure. |
