中文摘要	新疆水、土、光、热等自然资源的特殊组合,适宜构建多样化的绿洲农业生态系统.结合新疆实际,如何将农业资源优势转化为经济优势,是当前新疆经济转型初期必须认真考虑的问题.对国家研究新疆建设棉花、粮食、特色林果业和畜产品四大基地的背景下对其现状及优劣势,并综合政策、管理、资源和技术等多因素提出了基地建设的前景和应采取的措施.
英文摘要	Xinjiang has the competitive advantageous agricultural resources,such as land resources and light - hot conditions.With these advantages,diversified oasis agriculture ecosystem is suit be constructed in Xinjiang.Although enormous strides have been made over past decades,the transform strategy of resources superiority is not remarkable in Xinjiang.At present,the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure has become an important measure to promote regional agricultural economy.Based on present status of Xinjiang,it is always a key to Xinjiang agricultural development how to develop agricultural resources superiorities and how to make them become market superiority and economic superiority.This paper analyzes the present situation of developing national agricultural base for cotton,grain,fruit and livestock in Xinjiang,attempts to find out the existing problems in agricultural base construction and also puts forward some suggestions on agricultural base construction in Xinjiang.
