中文摘要	建立了动物组织(肌肉、肝脏、肾脏)中粘杆菌素、杆菌肽和维吉尼霉素等多肽类抗生素残留量的检测方法.样品经甲醇-0.1%甲酸提取,Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化后,利用液相色谱-串联质谱进行定性、定量分析.3种多肽类抗生素的检出限分别为粘杆菌素25 mug/kg,杆菌肽50 mug/kg,维吉尼霉素20 mug/kg;平均回收率分别为粘杆菌素89% ～98%,杆菌肽90% ～99%,维吉尼霉素92% ～100%;相对标准偏差为1.91% ～9.81%.方法具有快速简便、准确度和灵敏度高、重复性好等特点,适于动物组织中多肽类抗生素的测定.方法的技术指标满足国内外对多肽类抗生素残留量检测的要求.
英文摘要	A method was established to simultaneously detect colistin, bacitracin, virginiamycin res-idues in animal tissues, such as muscle, liver and kidney, by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The samples were extracted by methanol - 0. 1% formic acid, and cleaned up by Oasis HI.B solid phase extraction column. The analytes were separated by liquid chromatography and deter-mined by liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry under electrospray ion and mul-tiple reaction monitor(MRM) mode. The results indicated that the detection limits of colistin, baci-tracin and virginiamycin were 25, 50 and 20 mug/kg, respectively, and their average recoveries were 89% -98% , 90% -99% and 92% -100% , respectively. The relative standard deviations ( RSDs) ranged from 1.91% to 9. 81%. The method has the advantage of simplicity, sensitivity and repeat-ability, and is suitable for simultaneous determination of peptides antibiotics in animal tissues. The technical indicators of methods could meet the request of peptide antibiotic residue testing at home and abroad.
