中文摘要	退耕还林政策的实施为农业产业结构的调整提供了契机。通过实地调查走访及对气候和农业自然灾情的了解，采取定性与定量相结合的方法对研究区退耕前后气候背景、自然灾害发生和粮食生产的状况进行统计分析。结果表明：退耕促进了农业产业结构的调整和土地利用的优化，提高了农业生产系统总体的抗灾能力，特别是对缓解成灾率为3-5成的那部分粮食作物的受灾有较大的作用。
英文摘要	The implementation of returning farmland to forest provided a new chance for the adjustment of agricultural production structure. Based on field investigation and statistical data of climatic a.d agricultural natural disaster, this article takes Anding District of central semi-arid area in Gansu Province for an example to analyze the influence of returning farmland to forest on the disaster situation of grain-production in such respects as the change of regional climate,agricultural natural disaster and pattern of fanning,etc. , Result shows that returning farmland to forest had promoted agricultural industrial structure adjustment and optimized the land use, it has positive effect on avoiding and reducing disasters to grain-production, especially to the part of grain production with light disaster suffering area rate.
