中文摘要	目的观察及评估超声乳化晶状体摘除,联合囊袋内人工晶状体植人手术,治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效.方法对2005年6月至2006年12月,收治的34例34只眼原发性闭角型青光眼,行透明角膜切口超声乳化晶状体摘除,联合囊袋内人工晶状体植入手术.所有术眼晶状体均伴不同程度混浊.其中11只眼已在6个月至10年前行抗青光眼手术.本次术后随访至少6个月.观察术前、术后至6个月最佳矫正视力、眼压、前房深度变化.结果术后除1只眼外,所有患眼视力均有不同程度提高,眼压均得到有效控制;与正常白内障对照组术后眼压比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).术后2周后不需要药物控制眼压.结论超声乳化晶状体摘除联合囊袋内人工晶状体植入手术,可以作为急性原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的一种有效治疗手段.
英文摘要	Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of phacoemulsification and aspiration of cataract and the implantation of intraocular lens(PEA+IOL)for primary angle closure glaucoma Methods 34 eyes of 34 oases of primary angle closure glaucoma with or without cataract were received PEA+IOL alone since June,2005 to December,2006.11 of them had received anti-glaucomatous surgeries 6 months to 10 years ago.Clear corneal incision and PEA+IOL were applied on these cases with trapical anaethesia.Postoperative IOP,depth of anterior chamber and visual acuity were observed with at least six-month follow-up.Results Except 1 eye,all cases observed aquired increased visual acuity with varied degrees,and a well-controlled IOP without medication two weeks postoperatively.The postoperative IOP compared with normal cataract surgery group(control group);there is no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusions We may regard PEA+IOL as an effective and safe means for acute angle closure glaucoma.
