中文摘要	选取内蒙古镶黄旗北部文贡乌拉苏木的封沙育林工程为研究区域，以2000年7月和2007年8月的TM遥感影像为数据源，结合地面调查数据，从植被盖度、地上生物量、植物种类组成、植被高度、流动沙地景观破碎度等指标对工程实施效果进行了比较分析。结果表明，工程区内的植被盖度、地上生物量等都明显高于工程区外，工程实施后的流动沙地面积也远远少于工程实施前。草原沙漠化治理工程的实施有效地遏制了草原退化趋势，促进了草原资源的可持续发展。
英文摘要	Taking the TM remote sensing image in July,2000 and August,2007 as the data source, combining with the ground survey data, the effects of the project of enclosure and forestation in grassland in Wengongwulasumu in north Xianghuang Banner of Inner Mongolia were analyzed. Vegetation cover, biomass on the ground and vegetation height inside project were significantly higher than that outside the project. And the area of mobile sandy inside the project is far less than that outside the project. So, the project prevented effectively grassland from degradation, and promoted the sustainable development of grassland resource.
