中文摘要	采用培育试验研究了灰漠土长期定位试验中不同施肥处理小区表层和亚表层土壤的矿化和硝化作用特征。结果表明:灰漠土的硝化作用非常强烈。pH是影响硝化作用的重要因素,硝化率与土壤pH呈显著正相关。合理施肥调控土壤肥力是提高灰漠土肥力的重要措施。
英文摘要	An incubation method was applied to study the characteristics of mineralization and nitrification of surface soils of different small plots in long-term fertilization experiments of the surface and second layer grey desert soil.Result showed that the nitrification was very strong in the grey desert soil.Soil pH was the important factor to influence soil nitrification.Nitrification rate of soil was significantly correlated with soil pH.The rational fertilization was important measurements for increasing soil fertility in grey desert soil.
