中文摘要	缺水与水土流失并存是制约黄土高原地区经济社会可持续发展的重要限制性因子,通过坡面径流调控手段消除水土流失动力,同步实现水土流失防治与雨水资源化是解决上述问题的一个有效途径.本文利用人工降雨的模拟方法,以不同坡面径流调控措施的筛选与优化配置各种地表径流调控措施为主要研究内容,在上述研究基础上筛选出集成化、高效、低成本的坡面径流措施.
英文摘要	Soil erosion and arid-shortage water coexists in the Loess Plateau area is a major limited factor for sustainable economic and social development. It is an effective way to achieve synchronous soil erosion control and rainwater resources by means of slope runoff adjustment measures to eliminate soil erosion. This paper uses the artificial rainfall simulation to study the different runoff-control measures and optimize the allocation of the various surface runoff-control measures. On the basic of the above research, an integrated, highly efficient, low-cost measures slope runoff is selected.
