中文摘要 | 采用7步连续浸提法对巴丹吉林沙漠西北部黑风口沙样中磷的各种形态进行了分析测定,并对沙样进行了分级形态研究。结果表明,在各种不同粒度的黑风口沙样中总磷(TP)含量范围为184.95~338.66mug·g^(-1),平均含量254.34mug·g^(-1)其主要组成为无机磷(IP),平均含量为246.60mug·g^(-1),平均占TP的96.96%;而有机磷(Or-P)含量范围为2.85~18.72mug·g^(-1),平均占TP的3.04%。在所有不同粒度的沙样中,自生钙结合磷(Ca-P)含量最高,平均含量为174.52mug·g^(-1),占TP含量的68.62%,其次是原生碎屑磷(De-P),占TP含量的23.25%,二者占TP含量的绝大部分;其他各形态磷含量的高低顺序依次为:有机磷(Or-P)、铁结合态磷(Fe-P)、铝结合磷(A1-P)、交换态磷(Ex-P)、闭蓄态磷(Obs-P)。在所取沙漠颗粒物样中TP、Ca-P、De-P、Fe-P、Obs-P各自含量都随沙样粒度的减小而增大,而Or-P的含量变化则相反;Ex-P、A1-P含量受颗粒物粒度变化的影响趋势不明显。 |
英文摘要 | Phosphorus is a key element of all life and the limiting nutrient in many ecosystems of the world. Phosphorus in the ocean is transported from river and with the sand dust. Phosphorus circulation in northern waters of our country follows the way of the western region desert in Inner Mongolia-sandstorm-Yellow River-Yellow River mouth-Yellow Sea and constitutes a part of the world phosphorus circulation. The desert along the upper stream banks of Yellow River may be the source of phosphorus in the Yellow River, and solid particles of the Yellow River become a carrier of phosphorus's transport. To understand the cycling of phosphorus in the northern waters of China and its effect on paleo-productivity, it is important to study the phosphorus forms in sand of the desert that will be helpful to understand the environmental effect of phosphorus geochemical characteristics and the mechanism of phosphorus circle. Badanjilin Desert, located in the upper stream banks of Yellow River in the western region of Inner Mongolia, is one of the largest deserts in the world, Various phosphorus species in sand grains with different sizes from Badanjilin Desert are studied with seven-step sequential extraction method. The results showed that the concentration of total phosphorus in Badanjilin Desert ranged from 184.95 to 338.66 mug·g^(-1), with the average value 254.34 mug·g^(-1). Ca-P was found to be the major phosphorus form of the total phosphorus in sand grains with different particle sizes and Obs-P second, Or-P third (with the average value 12.72 mug·g^(-1). The other species, in turn, were Fe-P 〉 A1-P 〉 Ex-P 〉 Obs-P. In the sand samples with different particle sizes, the contents of Ca-P, De-P, Fe-P, Obs-P and TP increased with sample particle size decreasing, but Or-P was contrary. No remarkable dependency relationship between content and sand particle size for A1-P and Ex-P species were found. |
