中文摘要	水资源承载力（WRCC）评价是干旱半干旱地区可持续发展的重要依据．本文构建集社会经济预测模型、情景决策分析与模糊评价模型的水-社会经济-环境综合评判模型对黄河中游延安市水资源承载力进行了评价，并预测其2010、2020年水资源承载状况．评判结果显示：2005年延安市水资源承载力综合指数值为0．40，处于可承载的较低水平；2010、2020年水资源承载力综合指数值分别为0．46、0．52，总的看来，延安市水资源承载力将在可承载程度上逐步提高，水资源承载力复合系统呈明显的良性发展态势．
英文摘要	The assessment of water resource carrying capacity is important in the arid and semiarid area for the sustainable development. In a case study, a comprehensive assessment model of water-social-environment on the basis of the prediction of social index and scenario analysis and fuzzy evaluate model has been constructed. The result of the model indicates that the index of water resources carrying capacity of Yan＇an City is 0. 404 0 in 2005, which can afford the development while the level is very low, and the index is 0. 460 2 in 2010 and 0. 522 7 in 2020. The situation of water resources carrying capacity of Yan＇ an City will be improved gradually, and the compound system of water resource will develop well.
