中文摘要	通过对沙坡头人工固沙区和过渡区荒漠植物油蒿叶片氮质量分数的测定,研究了土壤水分和油蒿叶片N质量分数的年际、季节和微生境变化,并对影响油蒿叶片N质量分数的主要限制因子进行探讨.结果表明:年际间、季节和微生境间油蒿叶片N质量分数差异显著.极端干旱年(2005年)油蒿叶片N质量分数显著高于干旱年的(2004年).与干旱年相比,极端干旱年油蒿叶片N质量分数增加15.31%.在干旱年,油蒿叶片N质量分数无一致的季节变化规律,而与微生境深层土壤水分变化趋势一致.叶片N质量分数与100 cm土层土壤含水量和相对湿度显著正相关,说明干旱年油蒿叶片N质量分数主要受深层土壤水分和相对湿度等因素控制.但在极端干旱年,不同微生境下油蒿叶片N质量分数有较为一致的季节变化规律,叶片N质量分数与地面温度和气温呈显著负相关关系,表明极端干旱年温度是影响油蒿叶片N质量分数的主要限制因子.
英文摘要	By analyzing soil water content and leaf N content of Artemisia ordosica in different artificial sand- fixing zones and transitional zones located between sand-fixing zones and shifting sand dunes in Shapotou station,the variations of annual,seasonal and micro-habitats of leaf N content were studied,and the effects of environmental factors on leaf N content were investigated.The results showed that there are significantly effects of annual,seasonal and micro-habitats on leaf N content of A.ordosica.Mean leaf N contents in extremely arid year (2005) are significantly higher than those of arid year (2004),and the mean leaf N content in the extremely arid year is 15.31% higher than that of the arid year.In arid year,leaf N content varied with the change of soil water contents under different micro-habitation,while seasonal variations of N content do not show the same trend in different sand-fixing zones.There are positive relationships between leaf N content and soil water content in 100 cm depth and relative humidity,suggesting that water conditions such as deeper soil water and relative humidity are limiting factors which affected the leaf N content of A. ordosica in arid years.However,in an extremely arid year,there are obviously a seasonal trend in different micro-habitations.The correlations of leaf N content with temperature such as air temperature and land surface temperature are significantly negative in an extremely arid year,indicating that temperature is the limiting factor affecting the leaf N content in A.ordosica in an extremely arid year.
