中文摘要	农业灌溉耗水研究是流域水文模拟与水资源评价、灌区规划与灌溉水管理的基础研究工作。从农业耗水的机理、三水转化关系入手，对农业灌溉耗水的概念进行了界定，并从流域与灌区2个尺度对计算方法进行探讨，提出了便于应用的计算方法及评价指标。
英文摘要	Evaluation of irrigation water consumption is the basal work for hydrological simulation, water resources assessment, irrigation planning, and irrigation water management in a basin. According to mechanism of irrigation water consumption and transformation of surface water, soil moisture and ground water, the research defined the irrigation water consumption as increased water consumption that is brought from irrigation action in an area. Methodology for calculation of irrigation water consumption not only in a basin measure but also in measure of an irrigation area was discussed. A set of useful calculation method and evaluation indexes was proposed also.
