中文摘要	榆林地区位于我国农牧交错区，生态环境脆弱，又是能源富集区。建国以来土地整理工作取得明显成效。农业生产能力逐步提高，但是仍然属于落后地区，三农问题比较突出。本文利用多年统计资料分析了榆林地区粮食生产和消费变化情况以及影响因素。结果表明：榆林地区的粮食产量逐步提高，但仍不稳定，波动较大。而且榆林地区的粮食生产与外部联系越来越密切。影响因素有人口、基本农田建设、科技投入、自然灾害和社会经济因素等。
英文摘要	Yulin district is located in the Northern part of Shaanxi Province, and is one of the areas in the world suffering from the most serious soil erosion and receives a lot of attention from the Chinese government and international societies. After the establishment of the People＇s Republic of China the desertification intensity declined because of rehabilitation measures. Aiming at the structural adjustments of agriculture, the change of grain yield of Yulin district was analyzed based on the census data of last 50 years. Results showed that the total yield of grain increased greatly in recent 50 years. The driving forces of grain yield change was analyzed at last. It attempted to probe the logical relationships among the adjustments and the agriculture development , the solution to the Three agricultural Issues, and the development of national economy.
