中文摘要	2005年5～10月，在内蒙古西部鄂托克前旗境内的温性草原化荒漠进行放牧试验，以山羊为对象，研究草原化荒漠土壤种子库物种多样性及植物生活型与放牧强度的关系。结果表明：轻度放牧强度，种子库中的物种数、种子数量相当于对照的72．7％和74．9％，重度放牧强度仅为对照的31．8％和33％；丰富度指数R1、香农指数H均表现出下降的趋势，对区照、轻度放牧区、中度放牧区、重度放牧区尺．分别为3．952416，2．98574，2．08159，1．426977，H分别为2．62262，2．12439，1．55654，1．28209；均匀性系数变化不明显，但中度放牧强度下最小，整体略呈V型。种子库中一年生植物生活型占90％左右。
英文摘要	In this study, an experiment about grazing in a steppe desert in Ertok Front Banner of west Inner Mongolia was carried during the period from May to October, 2005, and the relations between the goat-grazing intensity and the species diversity of soil seed bank and life forms of vegetation in the steppe desert were researched. The results show that the proportions of species number and seed number of soil seed bank under slight grazing occupied 72.7% and 74.9% of those of the contrast plot, and they were 31.8% and 33% under heavy grazing; the richness index （RI） and Shannon index （H＇） were in a decrease trend; the R1 values of the contrast plot, slight grazing plot, moderate grazing plot and heavy grazing plot were 3. 952 416, 2. 985 74, 2. 081 59 and 1.426 977, and the H＇ values of these plots were 2. 622 62, 2. 124 39, 1. 556 54 and 1. 282 09, respectively. The change of evenness index was not so significant, but the evenness index was the lowest under moderate grazing, and its curve was slightly V-shaped. The proportion of annual herbs occupied about 90% in life form of soil seed bank.
