干旱化趋势对山西省水资源的影响分析 | |

中文摘要 | 利用山西省1957-2003年降水量序列,计算标准化降水指数(SPI),分析其演变趋势,并应用统计相关分析等方法,对干旱化带来的水资源影响进行详细的分析,给出解决水资源短缺的对策。分析表明:①47年来山西省干旱化在不断加剧,20世纪80年代中期以后,干旱化趋势尤为明显,90年代中后期达到最强;②随着干旱化趋势的加剧,山西省水资源在以每10年1个台阶快速减少。平均SPI的绝对值每增加干分之一个单位,水资源总量就减少1.90*10~8m~3,河川径流量减少2.40*10~8m~3。与20世纪50-60年代相比,90年代的SPI增加了3.84%,而水资源减少幅度高达37.11%,进入21世纪以来,南部趋于缓和,中部和北部形势仍非常严峻。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the data of monthly precipitation from 30 meteorological stations in Shanxi Province during the period of 1957-2003, in this paper the values of standardized precipitation index (SPI) in different regions of the province are calculated, their evolving trends are analyzed, and some statistical and analysis methods are used to analyze the impact of drying on water resources in detail. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Drought in Shanxi Province has become more and more serious since recent 47 years; especially since the mid-1980s, and was the most serious in the mid-and late-1990s. (2) With the development of drying drought , the total volume of water resources in the province is sharply reduced decade by decade. The total volumes of water resources and stream runoff in the province are reduced by 1.90*10~8m~3 and 2.40*10~8m~3 respectively when SPI is increased by 1. SPI in the 1990s was increased by 3.84% compared with that in the 1950s and 1960s, but the total volume of water resources was reduced by 37.11%. Drought in south Shanxi Province has been relieved since this century, but it is still serious in the central and northern parts of the province. Some measures are put forward for dealing with the shortage of water resources, they are to effectively irrigate natural vegetation with rainwater, improve the groundwater environment, increase the water-holding capacity, utilize the treated sewage, increase the vegetation coverage, strengthen the water and soil conservation and land desertification control, improve and regenerate the environment, exploit air water resources, and increase the total volume of usable water resources. |
