中文摘要在简要分析额济纳地区水分一绿洲驱动演变的基础上,分析了额济纳地区未来供水条件,并从生态系统的需水机理出发,提出了基于生态功能考虑的干旱区生态需水量计算方法。以《黑河流域近期治理规划》提出的分水指标和生态恢复水平为依据,综合考虑绿洲规模和生态功能之间的竞争关系,以生态需水为主要配制指标,提出了近期2010年额济纳绿洲的恢复方案。
英文摘要The Erjina Oasis is located in the lower reaches of the Heihe River, the second largest continental river in China, and the existence of the oasis relied historically on the surface water from the upper and middle reaches of the Heihe River. However, the annual runoff volume in the lower reaches of the fiver is continuously reduced along with the social and economic development and the population growth in the drainage basin, and some ecological environmental problems, such as the drawdown of groundwater level, vegetation degeneration and land desertification, occur. After analyzing the driving factors affecting the water-oasis system, in this paper the water supply conditions in the Erjina Oasis in the near future are lucubrated. Based on considering the water consumption for the ecosystems in arid areas in northwest China, the method of estimating ecological water consumptions in the natural oases in northwest China is proposed. According to the water redistribution indexes and the ecological regeneration level in the "Improvement Programming of the Heihe River Basin in the Near Future", some schemes of restoring the Erjina Oasis in the near future (the year of 2010) are put forward based on synthetically considering the competition relations between the oasis area and the ecological functions and regarding the ecological water consumption as the main index.
