中文摘要	目的：建立固相萃取浓缩-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中10种糖皮质激素类药物的方法。方法：样品经提取后，通过Oasis HLB固相萃取柱进行浓缩净化，用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定（以正离子电喷雾电离，检测方式为多级反应离子监测（MRM）），内标法定量。结果：糖皮质激素在5～150ng／mL范围内，线性相关系数均〉0．99；在5～40ug／kg添加水平，10种糖皮质激素的回收率为52．5％～112．5％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为3．21％～11．08％（n-6）。结论：该方法具有快速、定量准确、检测灵敏等优点，适于化妆品中多种糖皮质激素药物的测定。
英文摘要	Objective： To establish a method for the determination of eleven glucocorticoids （prednisolone, methylprednisolone, prednisone, dexamethasone, triamcinolone, betamethasone, triamcinolone acetonide, fludrocortisone acetate, beclomethasone, cortisone and flumethasone） in cosmetics by solid phase extraction and HPLC-MS/MS. Methods： Various cosmetic samples were extracted with methanol under ultrasonication. The extract was centrifuged and the upper solution was HLB solid phase extraction cartridge. The analytes were determined b electrospray ionization and under multi-stage reaction mode （MRM）. 150ng/mL （ r 〉 0.99 ）.
