中文摘要	乌鲁木齐是绿洲城市,自然环境比较脆弱,由于能源消费结构不合理以及自然地理单元的特殊性等原因,致使城市的生态环境问题日益严重,建设生态城市是乌鲁木齐市未来发展的必然选择。从城市生态系统的自然环境、社会环境和经济环境3个方面构建了生态城市的评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对乌鲁木齐市生态城市建设现状进行了定量分析。从评价的结果来看,2001～2006年乌鲁木齐城市生态安全程度较低。基于此提出了乌鲁木齐城市生态安全调控对策。
英文摘要	Urumqi is an oasis city and its natural environment is relatively weak. Due to unreasonable energy consumption structure and the particularity of natural and geographical traits, the ecological environment problems of the city were caused more seriously day by day. To build a ecological city is the inevitable choice for the future development of Urumqi City. The evaluation index system was constructed from 3 aspects of natural environment, social environment and economic environment of the urban ecological system. The current situations of the ecological urban construction of Urumqi were quantitatively analyzed by using factor analysis method. From the evaluation results, the urban ecological security degree of Urumqi during 2001 - 2006 was lower. Based on this, some regulation countermeasures of the urban ecological security in Urumqi were put forward
